وظيفة التحكم المتعددة

  • التحكم المصاحب : درجة الحرارة، سرعة التحريك، الرقم الهيدروجيني، الأكسجين المذاب، إزالة الرغوة، تدفق الهواء، ضغط الخزان، كمية التغذية وغيرها من المعلمات المباشرة.

  • المراقبة عن بعد : مناسبة للهواتف الذكية والأجهزة اللوحية وأجهزة الكمبيوتر المحمولة وأجهزة الكمبيوتر الشخصية للمراقبة الفورية عن بعد.

  • التحكم في الخطوة : يمكن للمستخدمين التبديل مباشرة بين التحكم اليدوي والتحكم في الخطوة وتعيين برنامج تحكم من 10 خطوات على الأقل لدرجة الحرارة، والتحريك، وPH، وDO، والتغذية.

التحكم الذكي PID

  • يمكن التحكم في درجة الحرارة وسرعة التحريك وPh وDO والمعلمات الأخرى في الخزان عن طريق ضبط منحنى القسم الفرعي وفقًا لمتطلبات العملية.

  • التحكم في درجة الحرارة : اعتماد وضع التحكم الآلي PID؛ قاعدة سترة SS316L للتدفئة الكهربائية والماء البارد للتبريد.

  • التحكم في الأكسجين المذاب : مزود بقطب كهربائي وموصل محمي، ويرتبط DO بسرعة محرك التحريك والتغذية وتدفق الهواء وضغط الخزان وغيرها من المعالم.

  • التحكم في قيمة الرقم الهيدروجيني : نظام تحكم ذكي PID للتحكم في المضخات التموجية المدمجة لضبط الأحماض والقلويات، مع دقة تحكم عالية.

  • التحكم في مكافحة الرغوة : يتم اكتشاف الرغوة تلقائيًا ويتم التحكم في المضخة التمعجية لإضافة مزيل الرغوة بما يتناسب مع الوقت.

  • مراقبة التغذية :   التحكم في مفتاح المضخة التمعجية (يدويًا، وتلقائيًا، وإيقاف التشغيل)؛ التحكم في حجم التراكم إلى جانب معلمات أخرى (DO، ودرجة الحموضة، الخ).
