Modular Design
The drying chamber, ice condenser chamber, refrigeration system, and control system are designed as separate units. The modular design makes installation and maintenance easier and faster. LAB1ST also provides on-site installation, training and maintenance to greatly save your cost and time.
Automatic Control
Precise and automatic control is a key factor in drying heat-sensitive pharmaceutical products. LAB1ST freeze dryer features a color touch screen, a PLC controller and a PID controller. All critical process parameters can be precisely controlled and monitored real-time. It can also be controlled remotely by apps on mobile phone.
High Efficiency
Samples can be pre-frozen directly within the chamber. The drying chamber and cold trap are designed as separate units to enhance drying efficiency and significantly reduce drying time.
