The system not only includes filter reactors that can make reaction and filtration in the same vessel to reduce the material losses but also can recover the solvents with the help of a condenser and collection tank in the vacuum environment. Each filter reactor consists of a filter plate, corrosion-resistant jacketed reaction vessel, PTFE coated variable speed stirrer system, and other accessories like an electric control cabinet.
The JGR-FK/JSR-FK series reactors can be fully customizable to fulfill various needs, like high torque high-speed agitation, baffled reaction vessel, programmable controller, explosion-proof or air-driven motor, and an insulation jacket or 3rd layer of vacuum jacket.

3.3 High Borosilicate Glass
All glassware is made of high borosilicate glass that is heat/cold/corrosion-resistant. Wetted parts are made of high borosilicate glass and PTFE, more corrosion-resistant.

Integrated Design With Filter
Integrated design with crystallization, filtration, and mother liquid collection functions for easy operation. The material of the filter plate is glass sand core, which is more corrosion resistant; no filter paper is required.

Made of premium SS304 stainless steel material, and the contact parts are made of SS316L material.

The Jacketed interface can be matched with a different heater and chiller, and there is an insulation layer outside the jacket for heat preservation.
