SUB500 is a stirred-tank, disposable bioreactor for cultivating human, mammalian, and animal cells. It combines the efficiency of single-use systems with the high performance of conventional stainless steel bioreactors. The single-use design eliminates tedious cleaning, sterilization, and reducing setup times. The unique stirring system brings better gas transfer and liquid mixing, thus achieving faster production speed and a higher yield. The SUB500 series single-use bioreactor has a wide volume range from 50L to 2000L, providing an easy transition from lab scale to commercial scale. Its consistent performance across different volumes simplifies the scale-up process.
Premium Quality
Each part of the single-use bioreactor is built keeping the quality in mind. The single-use bag is made from Renolit membrane and has passed multiple of compliance testing. The results show our bioreactor fully meets the culture needs of HEK293, CHO, and SF9 cells.
The single-use bag is made from RENOLIT membrane which offers excellent gas permeability and chemical stability, ensuring optimal cell growth conditions. It is suitable for mammalian and insect cell cultures, making it ideal for processes in antibody production, vaccine development, and cell and gene therapies
