LAB1ST SUB100 is a wave-mixing, disposable bioreactor for cultivating human, mammalian, and other shear-stress-sensitive cells. Its modular design includes a controller, a single-use bag, and a rocker, eliminating tedious cleaning, sterilization, and reducing setup times. Built with an automated system, it controls key parameters, including cultivation temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen, and weight, on a precisely controlled and heatable swing platform. With a volume range from 5L to 100L, it is easy to scale up from shaking flasks to 100 liters.

Features
User-friendly Operation
The intuitive color-touch screen makes it easy to set, control and monitor all the parameters. The single-use design ensures user-friendly operation and easy maintenance, and the entire bag can be easily disconnected using a sterile disconnection method.
Precise Control
The WAVE series is built with three mass flow controllers which ensure precise and accurate gas control. The self-developed wave bag can automatically feed back and control parameters such as PH, DO, temperature.
Premium Quality
Each part of the single-use bioreactor is built keeping the quality in mind. The single-use bag is made from Renolit membrane and has passed multiple of compliance testing. The results show the WVAE bioreactor fully meets the culture needs of HEK293, CHO, and SF9 cells.
The single-use bag is made from RENOLIT membrane which offers excellent gas permeability and chemical stability, ensuring optimal cell growth conditions. It is suitable for mammalian and insect cell cultures, making it ideal for processes in antibody production, vaccine development, and cell and gene therapies
