Modular Design

The drying chamber, ice condenser chamber, refrigeration system, and control system are separate. The modular design makes installation and maintenance easier and faster. LAB1ST also provides on-site installation, training and maintenance to greatly save your cost and time.

Automatic Control

The FDI-F freeze dryer is built with top branded component such as Bitzer or Tecumseh compressors, Emerson high-performance electronic expansion valve, eco-friendly refrigerants and more. Each detail is meticulously crafted for robust and long-term operation.

High Efficiency

The freeze dryer is designed for high flexibility, featuring both manual and automatic control modes to adapt to various operational needs. A great variety of custom options like pumps, controlling places, chamber and more are also provided to suit your specific needs.

FDI-F-T Series Contact Type

For the contact type freeze dryer, heat is transferred through direct contact between the product trays and heated shelves, which provides more more uniform and efficient heating.

  • Perfect for products that require predictable and precise drying conditions

FDI-F-R Series Radiative Type

For the radiative type freeze dryer, heat is transferred via infrared radiation from a heat source without direct contact with the product. Heating may be less consistent compared to contact methods.

  • Minimum Cold Trap Temperature: - 65℃

  • Perfect for fruit drying or sensitive materials that may not tolerate direct contact.​

The FDI-F series is specifically engineered for freeze drying food including fruits, vegetables, pet food, and more. It is available in 11 different configurations, with shelf areas going from 5m² to 218m² and ice condenser capacities ranging from 10Kg to 3000Kg. With an affordable price and the advanced design, it is ideal for both pilot-scale freeze drying and large-scale production.
