GWF Glass Wiped Thin Film Evaporator

LAB1ST Glass type Thin Film Evaporator, also known as a Wiped Film Evaporator, is designed for the efficient separation of volatile components from heat-sensitive, viscous, and fouling mixtures. By operating under low pressure, it reduces the boiling point and hydrostatic pressure, enabling the evaporation of volatile fractions at lower temperatures. PTFE wipers ensure a uniform thin film on the evaporation column, minimizing thermal degradation with short residence times.

Glass wiped film evaporator unit provides a customizable evaporation area ranging from 0.1 to 0.35 ㎡, allowing for flexible operation and efficient processing of various batch sizes to suit different applications. Incorporates a magnetic sealing system that ensures a high vacuum environment, reducing the boiling points of substances and enabling low-temperature evaporation to protect delicate compounds from thermal degradation.
