Molecular (wiped film) distillation is the best thermal separation machine for heat-sensitive material because it is the gentlest type, causing the least amount of thermal degradation of product. It is a process of separation, purification and concentration of natural products, complex and thermally sensitive molecules. The whole molecular distillation system includes supporting chillers, heaters, vacuum pumps and all accessories.

HMD Series

  • Adjustable Feed Flow: The equipment is equipped with a peristaltic pump that allows for precise control of the feed flow rate. Users can switch between speed and flow rate modes, ensuring accurate flow control after the pump has been calibrated for flow.

  •  Heated Inlet and Outlet Piping: The system includes heated piping for both the feed and product lines, which helps maintain the fluidity of the material within the pipes and prevents blockages.

  • Excellent System Sealing: The main evaporator features a magnetic stirrer seal, vacuum valves, and well-fitted glass components, ensuring excellent gas tightness throughout the system.

  • Stable System Operation: The equipment is designed with a continuous collection valve that allows for the replacement of collection bottles without interrupting the system's operation.

  • Accurate Process Monitoring: A RO-54 vacuum gauge is used for vacuum detection, offering the ability to switch between vacuum units. This provides more precise readings compared to traditional Pirani vacuum gauges.

  • Flexible Skid-Mounted Modules: The system is built on a sturdy skid-mounted platform with a square steel structure, complete with forklift wheels for easy transportation without disassembly and the freedom to move within the workshop.

  • Advanced Control System: The equipment has been upgraded to a PLC touch screen control system, which allows for process presetting, access management, setting interlocks, and safety protections. This advanced system enables the entire set of equipment to operate autonomously without the need for human intervention.

  • Real-Time Process Visibility: The transparent glass design allows operators to monitor the distillation process in real-time, ensuring precise control over separation parameters and the ability to make immediate adjustments.
