THC remediation is an important step in the process of making a compliant distillate end product that contains less than 0.3% THC. THC remediation apparatus achieve a final product that has less than the legal amount of THC, such as less than 0.2% THC or zero THC, so the final product can be legally sold. Pilot and production scale flash chromatography is recommended in the hemp/cannabis extraction industry. It has a much lower upfront investment, compared to traditional preparative HPLC systems (lower pressure & lower cost of stationary phase material). With proper training, customers are able to produce broad-spectrum CBD oil with non-detectable THC, as well as ultra-high purity powders of any cannabinoids. Flash Chromatography

In communication with our customers, we found that it is not easy for many customers to operate a chromatography because of lacking experienced staff. We always work with the concept of going beyond the needs of our customers. Therefore, our R&D team is committed to studying many kinds of technology inside and outside the industry and finally found a new solution. We recommend THC conversion, a real solution and cost-effective to produce minor cannabinoids such as CBN, instead of separation and concentration with chromatography.

Moreover, we recommend THC remediation, which has a lower input cost than chromatography, with no solvents are used in the process. The operation is friendly, using heat/ultrasound and catalyst. Entry-level employees can operate it.
